How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. US delivery typically takes 5–12 business days after shipping; international delivery typically 7–20 business days depending on your country. You’ll always get a tracking link by email.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your package with that link at any time. No update after 7 days? Email us and we’ll check for you.

What if my item arrives damaged or it’s the wrong product?

Send us a photo at support@sparkhausco.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.

Can I return a tool after I’ve tried it?

If it hasn’t been used, yes — you have 30 days from delivery and we’ll walk you through the return. If something you bought stops working the way it should, contact us anyway: defective items are covered by the damaged/defective policy above.

Is the electric spin scrubber safe for tile, grout, and fiberglass tubs?

Yes — use it with your regular household cleaner and light pressure, and let the brush do the work. Avoid pressing hard on delicate surfaces, and test a small hidden spot first on natural stone.

Do your car detailing brushes scratch paint or interiors?

The bristles are made for vents, seams, stitching, and trim. Use them on interior surfaces and wheels as shown on the product page, and rinse the brush head before use so trapped grit doesn’t scratch delicate finishes.
