Returns & Refunds — Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at support@sparkhausco.com with your order number and we’ll send you simple step-by-step instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund you to your original payment method. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — no need to ship anything back unless we ask.
